Lines Pop

Terms of Use

Lines Pop · Effective date: October 22, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Hlib Miklushys, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"), about the game Lines Pop (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell or redistribute the Game, or use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with it or with its ads.

2. Free game with ads

The Game is free and shows ads, including a full-screen ad between games and an optional rewarded video for an extra undo. On the website those ads are shown by Google AdSense. Rewards have no money value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. The "Remove Ads" purchase applies to the mobile app, not to the website.

3. In-app purchase: Remove Ads

4. Scores and game data

Scores and settings are stored only on your device and may be lost if you delete the Game or change devices.

5. Ownership

The Game, its code, graphics, sounds and name are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party components are used under their licences (see Licences).

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change or stop the Game at any time. Updates may be required to keep playing.

7. No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free play.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of profits arising from the Game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim (or CAD $10 if you paid nothing). Some jurisdictions, including Quebec, do not allow some of these limits; in that case they apply only as far as the law allows.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and your choices.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Consumers keep any rights and court options given to them by the law of their place of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new effective date will be shown above; continuing to play means you accept the update.
